Precision
Intermediate participation

Fees & participation terms
Fees and program terms.
- Management fee
- A 2% monthly management fee applies separately from allocated capital.
- Recapitalization fee
- A 5% recapitalization fee applies when additional capital is allocated to an existing program.
- Profit reallocation
- Capital Partners may elect to retain and reallocate realized profits within their existing capital allocation. Profits reallocated in this manner are exempt from the 5% recapitalization fee.
- Capital withdrawals
- Allocated capital may not be withdrawn during an active tenure without prior notice. Where withdrawal is requested before the end of a tenure, notice requirements and applicable program terms apply.
- Algorithmic Tier profits
- Capital Partners in the Algorithmic Tier may not withdraw profits generated during their first month of participation. Such profits remain allocated within the program until the next eligible reporting cycle.
- Reporting
- Capital Partners receive periodic reporting detailing performance metrics, portfolio activity, risk statistics, and operational updates.
